• What is your fee structure? Our management company may charge a percentage of the monthly rent, a flat fee, or a combination of both, in addition to fees for placing a new tenant or renewing a lease.
• Are fees charged while a unit is vacant? This is based upon the package your company selects, if the company continues to charge a monthly fee even if the property is not generating rental income.
• Do you mark up maintenance and repairs? We offer maintenance in-house and may charge an additional fee (optional service).
• What services are included in the management fee? Our services are outlined on our Home page for each package.
• How do you screen potential tenants? A thorough screening process should include background checks, credit checks, income verification, and rental history.
• How do you market vacant properties? Effective strategies can include listing on major rental websites, professional photography, and local advertising to minimize vacancy time.
• How do you determine the rental price? We conduct a market analysis of comparable local properties to set an optimal rental rate. 
• How do you handle maintenance and repairs? We will explain our process for addressing tenant requests, including how we decide on vendors and handle communication with you.
